Best choice for your application
These are manufactured from degassed steel by means of a vacuum process that presents a high level of purity. Forging occurs in hydraulic presses to guarantee high toughness. Heat treatment is carried out by a double-stage progressive induction process. In addition, utilization of modern equipment ensures that our rolls meet all the requirements in terms of mechanical resistance, surface quality and wear resistance during rolling. Cold strip mill rolls are developed to allow for obtaining the most varied textures and levels of finishing. The main requirements of these rolls are: mechanical resistance, to withstand the efforts of during the rolling process; and/or wear resistance, to provide productivity to the operation as well as surface quality of the laminated strip.
